Buying/Selling Your Home.

1. Address, City, Postal Code

2. Closing Date

3. What is the approximate age of the house?

4. How much did you pay for the house?

5. What is the age/type of roof?

6. What type of plumbing is in the house?

7. What type of heating? Age?

8. What type of wiring? Amperage? Circuit breakers?

9. Have you had the house inspected by Ontario Hydro?

10. Is there any knob and tube wiring?

11. If the home was renovated, how recent is the plumbing? how about the electrical?

12. Approximate square footage of house.

13. Is there a garage?

14. Is there an alarm system? Monitored?

15. Approximate replacement value, if known.

16. Is there an underground oil tank?

17. Extras to be insured?
